Daniel Barabas | ACCA
Founder, Ledgera Advisory
Daniel is an ACCA – qualified finance professional with over 10 years of experience across Fintech, trading and property management sectors in Cyprus and internationally.
Prior to founding Ledgera, Daniel served as Group Financial Controller at a global Fintech institution, overseeing consolidated reporting across 7 subsidiaries, managing €3M+ group operations and acting as primary liaison for banks, auditors and regulators across multiple jurisdictions.
Throughout his career, Daniel observed the same pattern repeatedly – growing businesses with real ambition but without the financial infrastructure to match. Founders making critical decisions without reliable reporting. Companies losing weeks navigating banking compliance that an experienced hand could solve in days. Board asking questions that the numbers couldn’t answer.
